About the project

The MOTIVE project is built on transnational music collaboration between musicians from three European countries: Italy, Poland and Lithuania. Its aim is to bridge distances through shared musical experiences of amateur artists travelling across Europe and exploring their native musical traditions.

The result of this collaboration is the co-creation and production of original musical compositions within an international collective of musicians — where diverse cultural traditions become the source of a new, unique sound.

Project goals
1
Strengthening training and professionalisation of amateur musicians, particularly developing skills in green and digital transformation of the music industry and fostering entrepreneurship.
2
Promoting transnational experiences and building connections through musician mobility, creating networks of professionals collaborating at an international level.
3
Valorisation of national heritage and intercultural dialogue through the exchange of musical knowledge and traditions. The project includes research, co-creation and co-production of original music based on diverse cultural heritages.
