CRAVE operates an online shop at crave.com.pl/shop offering music-related merchandise and digital products.
2.1 Placing Orders
A binding contract is formed upon our order confirmation email.
2.2 Prices & Payment
All prices are in PLN and include VAT. Payment is processed via PayU.
2.3 Delivery
Physical goods are shipped within Poland and the EU. Digital products are delivered electronically after payment.
2.4 Returns
Consumers may withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of receiving goods, per Polish Consumer Law. Contact: kontakt@crave.com.pl. Digital downloads are exempt once commenced.

Newsletter subscription requires your name, email, and explicit consent. Unsubscribe at any time via the link in each email or by contacting us.
