We’re proud to announce that CRAVE Music Agency has officially launched MOTIVE — Merging Original Traditions into New Voices of Europe — under the Creative Europe programme. This is an important step in our European journey, and proof that Polish music and independent artists have their place on the international stage.
What does this mean for us?
The MOTIVE project unites musicians from three countries — Poland, Italy, and Lithuania. Over the coming months we’ll explore the musical traditions of our countries together and translate them into modern, original sounds. It’s not just a musical collaboration — above all, it’s a dialogue between cultures, experiences, and different artistic perspectives.
What’s planned?
Within MOTIVE we’ll work on several levels: educational, artistic, and international. Ahead of us are training programmes for young musicians, workshop sessions, work on shared musical material, and activities devoted to the musical traditions of Poland, Italy, and Lithuania.
The project also includes an international exchange of experience — from meetings and masterclasses, through joint music-making, all the way to a series of final concerts. The results of this collaboration won’t just be new pieces of music, but also educational and promotional materials that will stay with us long after the project ends.
